Before joining Ironside, Brett worked in various leadership roles across multiple industries including the software, non-profit, and higher education sectors. Brett has extensive experience building teams, systems, and improving internal systems to maximize operational efficiency. Brett received a BA in Communication Studies from Westmont College, a Masters in Theology from Wheaton Graduate School, and a Masters of Education from George Fox University.
