Before co-founding Ironside, Dain was a Managing Director at Strong Refuge Asset Management, LLC. Prior to Strong Refuge, Dain worked as an investment professional with SVB Financial Group, Aequitas Capital and Mantucket Capital. Prior to Mantucket, Dain worked in the middle market investment banking group of Wells Fargo Securities after starting his career in corporate finance with Intel and GE. Dain received an undergraduate degree in business management from Oregon State University, Cum Laude, and an MBA with honors from the University of Colorado.
